Just my thought on this - there is almost a need for moderators who will do an excellent job no doubt in keeping things going, but also 'motivators' who can suggest ideas, promote events etc. to build interest - for example I did the initial post about the NEC meet, but I don't have time to be a mod. These motivators for want of a different word should also be given some ability to make things sticky, combine threads (for example many threads about a 'next ride') and the thread got lost.

What do folk think of that? or maybe no need?
