I do use infinity for stuff and they have price promised before but I have ordered stuff before from different places and get so fed up with the varying sizes
despite the frustrations, on line shopping has provided much better pricing & choice at the expense of shops. Before that you bought what was available resonable close to you and shown in the catalog. Having said that, I bought a lot of stuff from hein gerike shops. They had the best paper catatog I've come across, the shops stocked nearly all of it and the fit was perfect for me (I did have to travel 30~40 miles though)
Am quite lucky here as have both the infinity main shop and their outlet shop very nearby, but I still try things on and check the internet to see if I can get cheaper elsewhere Mega motorcycle store (formally George whites) in Swindon are pretty good for bargains also and have an online shop
Absolutely agree with everything Lozzy says here - SBS have been brilliant. I've spent £1000's with them, but must have ordered and had delivered 3-4x the amount. They've never been anything other than brilliant when returning items. I've even returned items (still boxed and unused of course) after 6 months (having decided that I wouldn't be using it if I hadn't after 6 months) and they've refunded no questions asked. Living in Kent it's a bit too far to travel to their warehouse in Boston (Lincs), so I've never been, but I can't imagine their face-to-face service would be anything other than super helpful.

SBS have stores in Boston, Leeds and now Milton Keynes. You can order online to have delivered to a store to try on stuff. You don't pay for anything unless you actually buy it. I recently tried some new textile gear. I ordered 3 jacket and 6 trouser sizes to be at the MK store. Tried on and then bought over the counter the jacket and trouser size that fitted. Absolutely brilliant!
