Raphael, with you buddy, know the feeling well.

Hopefully quick recovery and no lasting injuries.

My advice, get to those witnesses asap and make sure they will support the true version of the events. If they waver drop them, and just use the ones that are solid.....trust me mate, due to the personal injury claim, they will be got at by the other insurers investigators and will have their minds twisted to the point where they might not even remember their own mothers name, hopefully mate it will not go anywhere near that far, but having been through a really serious bike accident with major injuries and what turned into a 5 year compensation battle though the courts to get justice I have seen the bad side of insurance, and what lengths they will go to not to have to pay out....sounds bitter, but would hate to see anyone on the end of that again.

What is it with commuting at the minute.. had a new A3 roll back into me at the traffic lights this morning, no handbrake on or foot on brake... rolled back a good meter with me reving, hooting and shouting... when he finally stopped against my front tyre he looked at me as though it was my fault.

Wonder how much it's gonna be for him to get that large fist sized dent out of the back of his bootlid? ;)
