Ok good news jim thanks buddy :) I have almost finished with the wiring now, spent another 3 hours soldering tonight.. I'm expecting issues when I first power up.. If it's all works of the cuff I will be very suprised!

Did you get the hazzards working? Rr4/5 never had them afaik and later models used a different flasher unit for that reason.

Oh joy Arthur doesn't sound like there going to work then :( is the flasher relay in with the other relays in the second black box I've mounted to the frame as I've not been able to locate it? I saw the hazard wiring was just looped together in the switch gear to run both sets of indicators when pressed, didn't think of the relay..

The relay on the 04/05 normally sits right at the front of the nose between the headlights

Gear lever shaft arrived today from Skippy, thanks very much buddy looks perfect will try it for fit later :)

Also rememberd I have a 2012 flasher relay with the 2012 loom I hacked the connector off so will see if I can use this relay on the RR4 loom.. long shot but worth a try :)

Any harm powering up the electrics without the ECU connected Arthur? Not going to try and start it of course

OK so I have the fairings mounted now and they fit, well can be made to fit :)

I dont know what to do though.. Im getting tempted with 2012 race fairings but not sure what I want.. I have done a photoshop comparison what do you guys think? If I went 2012 would be race fairings and daytime MOT I would think..

I would keep the farings as they are, it will keep the costs down for now and keeps the mystery of what it is, can always do the fairings at a later date but I personally like the chunky front
