Ok small update, ive spoken to Rich as Austin racing and they are too busy to make me something custom and unfortunately there GP2 cans have part of the baffle in the link pipe so I couldnt use one of these for a shortly design.. They have offered to send me the can and link pipe then I cut and bend the link pipe in to position and send it back to them for welding.. However £400 is a lot of money for something which after ive cut it up I cannot get to fit, also dont want to be stuck with a £400 pipe I would have to resell at a loss most likely. So find myself coming back to the GSXR stubby but that isnt a slide on design has a short outlet which would need cutting and shaping but as its titanium its hard to find anyone who can fabricate whats needed to join to the RR4 steel headers. Ideally need to put a simple slide on can secured with springs like the standard Akro is.. Tricky tricky...
Oh and while I sort the exhaust out here is EP14 14. Engine Swap Project, Fitting a CBR1000RR motor to a 98 CBR900RR Fireblade (PART 14) - YouTube
Have a chat with Racefit, I found them very helpful with my plight of wanting to fit my growler to a set of titanium headers I've picked up
Lambchops there is an exhaust fabricators in denmead near you, if you could get ti tube I'm sure some one there could roll to what you want then Just find someone to do the welding
John...... You know what you really want. Get on the phone and give them a call.............................
Is there sps, any idea what they are called? Could be perfect! The exhaust is going to be underslung for sure, like number 1 and 3 in the pics. I do like those little gsxr akro cans in number 1 pic plus have a removable baffle which is perfect! I will email racefit as also would be very happy with one of their end cans any idea where they are located?

Thanks jim, that doesn't look a million miles away from looking like it could be adapted to fit... Hmm need to find some who can weld titanium..
Have a chat with them, they may do a deal with you and let you chop one up and have them weld it back together as you need it........... From their web site it appears they don't mind doing fabrication/one off work. I rode the bike from Gosport to Horsham (60 miles each way) on Tuesday, the only dry day for weeks......... Sound is awesome and the looks I got and the amount of thumbs up I got was very self satisfying. Only takes ten minutes to wip if off the bike, if you want to borrow it to take some measurements. Can't see me getting out on the bike in the next week.
Jim if you wouldn't mind me offering it up very carefully that would so helpful to see if it could work before ordering one. When the frame is back on the engine along with the swinger will be enough for me to see what's going on. Picked the frame up from the welders today so things should start being bolted back on very soon!!
Looking at there website the waterlooville plant is a cat recycling centre the manufacturing is in Staffordshire
Just let me know a day before your ready to offer it up against your bike and I'll have it ready for you. Jim
Here's the pic I was trying to find, nice match for the rest of your carbon bits and pieces without being OTT.
