OMG (as the kids would say) LC us starting a harem Have a look at the Eastern Beaver website if you want a switched and fused power solution for the GoPros etc.
just read and looked at this whole build, from start to finish......wow. Love the work, and keep it up!
Well just last minute like decided to take the bike to Hamphire MV to get dynoed today. Wasnt sure what to do to it over the winter and thought I needed to know how it was running before deciding what step to take with it next (auto tune etc) Currently running on a power commander 3 so updating to AT would require PC5 etc. So though suns out lets ring Hamphire MV who are 5 mins up the road from me (literately bike was still cold when I arrived) and see if they have room for a small one on the dyno for a power run and fuelling check. Anyway run it up and they say big dip in fueling as its running real rich around 3k and 8k, so the chap opens up the PC software and starts tuning away.. Anyway end result first run `148.89 after some fettling 156.90!! Very pleased that rear wheel HP of course so about 166 at the crank for an 04 motor thats not to shabby!! So ran the bike with the old engine on the same dyno and it made 113 so that's a mighty fine increase 43 HP for my winter project!! So anyway full vid to follow as im sure you were expecting
Quick pic, ignore all the beer in there had to shift that, its what happens when your sponsored by a beer company haha
Also had this outside which is rather nice, BSB superbike the ones they run. Had some bits off it while they werent looking, motech clocks and managements anyone? lol
LOL Martin, yeah my treadmill is just to hang my washing on and keep my beer on also Arthur... Got me very curious..
Well another cheeky pic, let me in the dyno room to video also which was cool. Also the guy said can I take a picture of him on the bike with his phone as his mate wont believe it as he loves this bike, I felt very flattered
OK thanks Art that's good to know, she has the headers and K&N but stock apart from that. Next upgrade RR6/7 head perhaps...
Yes thanks Steve, happy with that mate not even tested what its like with the extra 8hp extracted from todays session as was dark and rush hour when I left! So may have to take her out tomorrow to see..
Out of interest LC, how dya go on insuring such a bike with most companies shying away from a a few basic mods never mind what you've done?
