Saw that, low rate finance too.

Don't forget you need to throw the Tech Pack on it which will cost a few £££'s but it's a great bike to ride. I actually miss mine and thought about getting another at the end of next summer, especially if they're still offering the additional 2yr warranty.

Yeah the blue one would be my choice.

    What did you think?

I've put the feelers out to a load of dealers to see what they'd offer me for the Tuono.

Tuono's a great bike, but I just ride it like a dick and the fuel range is grinding a bit, especially as we've moved to a village and it's a trek to the nearest petrol station. The Duke I used to ride like a dick, but at far slower speeds. ;)

I liked it. On a day to day basis it's easier to live with than the Tuono. The SDR has better fueling and the QS and blipper are better. The dash has more functionality and it bigger so if you like you're tech then it's a winner. It is a great bike. However as niggly as my Tuono is with oil leaks and now the fuel light doesn't come on. I think for thrills the Tuono is a better bike. The handling is better, it's more engaging and feels quicker. The ohlins EC 2.0 suspension on the Ape is better than the SDR. The bike I rode was the the EVO model and I tried out all three modes and felt the suspension a little crashy and harsh. Maybe it required further tweaking who knows. Unfortunately the dealer is test rode the bike wasn't willing to take my Aprilia in any part ex deal, so I walked away. I also don't like the fact that KTM wanna charge you over £900 for items that are already on the bike and just need unlocking. Shocking

That's interesting I've currently got 4 dealers looking at px prices, not had any say they won't take the bike. First one's come up with a decent price and it would actually cost me £26 a month less than the Tuono. But I want to see what the others offer.

I'd go for the standard R not the Evo, I had the suspension dialled in just right on the last one. I only moved it on as I didn't want to keep it outside of the warranty.

Yeah I was a bit miffed as to why they wouldn't take my bike as part ex. I have since been offered 10,800 for it from KD Motorcycles near Blackburn. I may look at selling private as dealers are still selling the 2020 bike between 12.6 and 13.6k

Sounds about right, I was told mid to high 12's. One dealer offered me £500 less than the other and he came back and said it was the best they could do what do I think. Yeah, I'd take the extra £500 elsewhere thanks.

Well the Tuono should be going next Sat (9th) for Superduke number 2.

Stuck an initial deposit on a blue one yesterday.

Nice one. Did you haggle the tech pack in for free or at a reduced price??

Put a holding deposit on and had an email exchange asking when they can get the bike done so far. I'm hoping to pop in at the weekend to sort stuff out.

So 10% is the haggle on the Tech Pack.

Went out to something like 8 dealers, half went nowhere, had 3 offer crap px prices and the guy that offered the best px price I can only get to 10% off the Tech Pack.

Keep being told the market is odd at the minute, whatever that means, excuses for px prices mainly I think.

So I'd take the current deal as more like £2k off and currently cheap finance if you want a bike with the Tech Pack.

I think I'm gonna wait it out. Maybe wait and see early next year if there's any deals to be done. One dealer has 6 SDRs in stock I very much doubt they'll all be sold. I refuse to accept low ball offers for the Tuono and paying nearly £900 for functions that are already on the bike is a disgrace. When did dealership start behaving like airlines and want to charge you for every little thing. Yes Sir if you want two tyres then that's extra £££s.

This offer finishes at the end of the year, not sure what the finance and the warranty will do after that. I'd guess there will be some deals around with dealers trying to offload before the spring though.
