I was a jammy bastid, sombody on another forum couldn't get there so I got two tickets for £16 plus £4 to Forum funds. Quite enjoyed it as I didn't go to buy anything in particular and the best bit was meeting you guys. Don't think I'll go next year unless we organise a drink n curry session?
Was he Triumph or NEC Tucker? Either way, kick off to whoever is responsible for him. That kind of behavior is unacceptable. Tell them that your Mrs is so traumatised it'll take a free 675R to relax her.
LOL it wasnt triumph they let her sit down and even gave her a cold bottle of water to be honest they couldnt of done any more ( apart from the free 675 or speed triple R ) thanks for all the support boys still wanna punch the sh%t out of the rude dude ! :butcher:
Really enjoyed it. As usual all my biker mates let me down, so i went with my 15 year old son and we had a good time. The Yamaha race bikes were amazing. 500 gp bikes- Raineys, and in my eyes the best looking bike in the world- Kenny Roberts yellow and black YZR. I think the entry price was cheap compared to some other places i've been. Funny though, all the bikes i thought i'd like i didn't. The new Ducati didn't look as good in the flesh, but the new Husky looked really good. All in all we really enjoyed it.
I didn't go this year, but a friend did so I asked if he could get me some R&G products, as I expected a healthy discount like years gone by. Well, he picked up an engine case cover set (as GB Racing don't make them for the 04-07) & a set of classic crash bungs for the winter bike. I got a grand old saving of £10 off the list price! I probably could have got more of a discount haggling in my local shop/dealer.
yep!! £350 for some rear sets... btu i'll do them for £325.... even with me buying a rad guard and front bobbins.... jog on mr!! ill get them cheaper in the new year on fleebay
