Don't get me wrong the new 2017 R1 in Matt black is absolutely stunning and I very nearly cancelled my order on this 1 for it.

 

I would go for something like your mate. Not a fan of the black that is why my blade is in repsol colours...

Lovely Colin. That Akrapovic is stunning. The only Akrapovic that has ever disappointed me looks wise over the years is the Fireblade megaphone one. It looks like something you could pick up from Poundland.

 

Yeah they do look great, couldnt have one on mine, as to loud for track day so stuck with the Arrow Indy which just gets through noise testing

Mine has been modified with a removable baffle.

Been told that it blows 102db with the decat link pipe.

I've still to fit the decat pipe though as want to do that at the same time as flashing the ECU and auto tune.

Your bike is stunning mate. What's it like on track, as good as you'd think?

102db sounds good then, where did you get it modded?
mine is 102db with baffle and 105 without, although one track noise tester said it was 107??? and failed me, had to put me baffle in

 

Its road fairing based on the YART Endurance team, didnt want full race fairing as I ride road too

 

Got the modified exhaust and link pipe from a lad on FB.

Looks very much like it's been modified by MHP and is a full length baffle. I've taken the baffle out just now as still running with the cat until I get the ECU and activtune sorted.

I'll take a pic of the baffle and post it up here.

 

Lovely bike that Simon, I saw a dyno map of a 2015 with that Arrow system on the other day...it made 12hp more with the baffle out.
