Great result from what must have been a truly awful event for you, i'd have been gutted and as you say it just wouldn't have felt the same if they repaired it. Just make sure it is the brand new one you are getting but I'm sure I don't need to tell you that!

coincidentally...….I've literally just emailed the seller on ebay, so we will see if he can send one to me! I told him that since I bought one in the new year that I posted pictures of the install on the forum and that a lot of members have since purchased the Tail Tidy from him so that might sway his decision haha!!
Well it is confirmed I take delivery of the new Blade this Friday hopefully we can get it off the van on its wheels this time I feel like a kid in a sweet shop I am so excited you would think at 51 I would be able to control myself

If they hadn't already picked up my bike I would have done just that but I live over 30 miles form the dealer with no public transport Surly disaster cannot strike twice? (God I hope not) I will make sure I help even if it just to catch it

Look, thanks for the offer. I get most of my excitement from reading @bazzashadow 's posts. Yes - I do have a very low threshold. The F4 does not leave my sight. It is like a trophy wife - great to look at but does frig all. It just sits around looking nice and exuding sexuality which I rarely reciprocate.
Well the day is here again for delivery just had a phone call from dealer to confirm... or at least I thought so Apparently they can not get the quick-shifter to work wtf? They are waiting for a call from Honda, I am beginning to feel this is not meant to be I have told him to bring it anyway as I have used a clutch for over 30 years I am sure another week wont make a difference at least I can get all my bits on. Hopefully they can make it to mine without having a traffic accident that rights of the bike again!
