Haha. Thats you prerogative and to be fair has always been a reason top end bikes sell on their specsheets. Just doesn't do it for me.

Apparently Dani pedrosa wants more bells and whitsles too as he can't keep traction on the back wheel with just one sensor feeding his ECU :p

Did anyone see yet again how grossly overrated and shite the HP4 is on 5th gear 2 weeks ago? Basically the Beemer is described as the fastest most technically advanced sportsbike on sale! Harping on about it's launch control etc!
Then V.B.H was driving the new BMW M135i(a very hot hatch) vs HP4 with a slalom ,brake test and lap shoot out! The bikes launch control bogged down the bike at the start of the slalom and again on the shoot out! the car totally blew the bike away up to 130mph!

Ah but that's just for Tele I hear you say! But no the start was filmed from inside the car you could see clearly the car just wasted the bike also Chaz Davis was riding the bike so doesn't do his street cred much good either! The problem? Electronics!

So who would have the best braggin rights down the pub? The HP4 owner or the Subaru/Evo owner that just pissed all over the BM at the lights?

There are two vids off TV shows on YouTube where a Blade takes on a Porsche GT3 RS (a supercar) one of them is using a RR5 and the other is with a RR9 both times the Porsche didn't see which way the Blade went, with the bike totally destroying the car! The way it should be!

Those who know me know I don't get my kicks from street racing or bragging rights!

It's the journo injustice and the hype of BMW and Ducati at the moment is getting really on my TITS  Rant over!!!!.......

Yeah on the Autocar video the rider switches the electronics off and uses the bike how it should be used! A la Blade!
So the moral of the story? Gizmos and gadgets are there to slow you down plus are more to go wrong and cost a premium to have!

Save the Aprilia RSV4 Factory of course where they enhance an already amazingly sorted bike ;)

Well thats more like the outcome I would have expected with the HP4 plus this was in the wet which has to favor the car! Chaz, bit embarrassing if you ask me..

Ooooh Exciting. I assume that will mean it will be at the NEC too?
    I'd better take my camera.
We are talking a new Blade, and not the new RC mega expensive thingy?

THis is a very kept secret given NEC and Milan so close - quite an acheivement in today's digital age

I'm expecting the same chassis and suspension, beefed up engine, tweaked bodywork but not much else - maybe traction as part of ABS as all the sensors are in place to assist with this.
