    This is the main reason why I won't remove the Pillion leather grab strap for that 'Clean Look'

    Once this is removed you have Fek all to grab hold of easily whilst mounting the paddock stand.

    I must say whilst I had my Renntec Touring Rack fitted, Paddock stand mounting was so safe it was a pleasure.

    I too locate the Paddock stand forks in to the rear bobbins on the angle whilst the Bike is still full over on the side stand then keep the pressure on the bobbins whilst levering the Bike over to the vertical plane using the rear Pillion strap then lever up.

    Tiz the only safe way.

    Dropping down is more hazzardous than levering up IMHO!

    The worst bit is when you drop the bike down off the Paddock stand and have forgotten to put the side stand down after running the bike in first on the paddock stand to Lube the chain! :eek:
