North and South Forum Track Day Dates!

I'd be up for it. But the gp is a pain cause there's never enough of them and are expensive. Mayb do an Indy day ? Snet is good too. I don't mind realy can't wait to ride my bike

 

Guys if your thinking of making the Northern one Knockhill then this might be of interest. Its a weekend and you can camp/caravan in the pits foc.
There's also a TD on the Friday night if you fancy it.

I'm waiting to see when the army trackday will be as I think it's at Oulton with NL. I won't be on many TDs this year due to racing.

I believe it worked very well last year when Jimbo just picked a date and location and posted it.

Or post a poll and see what the majority prefer??

 

Of course I'm biased, but I believe Oulton Park should be the Northern track again as it already has the biggest turnout on a regular basis anyway!

 

Was actually wedge that picked the date - he just stood me up

 

For a Forum track day i think it should be somewhere central form those in the south and those up north, (Collin).

We could also then have a northern and southern forum track day...

I've not updated this thread yet as No Limits (My preferred Operator) has yet to populate it's Calender so therefore we cannot choose dates yet.

I'm ruling out Brands due to costs and being too far south for other Northern Members.


So it's looking like Silverstone again which went down well last time and either Donny or Oulton for the Northern Leg.

 

Silverstone as the southern track day?
If that's the case then I'd do both.

The bonus with Silverstone though is a much bigger garage, big enough not to split the forum like at Donington.

 

Brands is cheaper for us southerners though mate... As opposed to slinging in £100 deisel for both.

Ill prob opt out for 1 of them 2 northern track days but hopefully catch up with you guys at oulton as its a quality track with a good turn out.

The distance from oulton to brands is the same the other way round mate
