The guys I was riding with were being dicks and maxxing it out every chance they got, so I decided to hang back a little at a more sedate pace. Was only "cruising" at about......well 88mph according to McPlod. They had a speedgun on me before I saw them. I clocked the Mondeo in a layby but was too late by then. My mates were about 20mins in front of me and apparently had crossed the estuary at 180+ but no sign of McStarsky and Hutch at that point. Anyway the "Sheriff" of Scotland decided to give me 5 points and a £240 fine while pointing out that I qualified for a discount, should have been 6 points and £360 fine.........thought I'd be pushing my luck if I asked for Nectar points!
Just give me a couple of weeks with him and he'll come back honed! He'll be razor sharp and so focused you'll have to come up with a new nickname for him.......
Bad news guys I won't be there I know I'm picking up my voucher and it would be great to meet you all , but due to the weather here I'm havin to get my bike tomorrow I hope you all understand , but its the only time I can go for it now , I didn't make the curry night ( my fault ) and now can't make the breakfast meet , I'm really really sorry guys but I really want my bike home , SORRY ........
