Nice work to the internet Sherlocks in this thread! foenix would do well to remember that on the internet, there is always someone more clever than you...
If you want, I haven't to add at this story cause you all think the same thing about me, I can't do anything to change that for what I read.
I dont' think anyone is 'against' you Foenix but you have to admit that it does look 'dodgy' that you were trying to sell something that clearly belonged to someone else who you did not even know. I think that everyone is just looking out for each other as it could be anyone of us including you that this could happen to. Many of us on here look at your parts including me but when something like this happens it does not look very good does it. Hopefully things will be more clear from now on and once the TTX arrives positive comments will be made about you.
You can confirm Wedgie will deff get his BRAND new TTX on time and post up a status of the delivery. Would prob go a long way to stopping people thinking the worst. TBH Foenix, I couldn't care less where you get the stuff from, as long as you are honest and say you trade in parts across Europe through extended contacts / ebay / forums etc and sell on in the UK for a profit.... that's fine, other people do it on here and are welcome "suppliers"... but they are all honest about where the parts come from... What's not right is it would seem you post stuff for sale before it's even arrived from your purchase which often leads to lengthy frustrating deliveries with many excuses from what I've seen on the forum..... Do I believe you tried to sell a ttx you bought (and prob fixed) from Bulgaria, YES. but I also think you have every right to do so. Do I think you have been caught with your pants down regarding the tank YES - and it's cost you your credibility. What I don't agree with, is these parts all come from 'friends bikes' within your immediate social circle - its quite obvious this isn't the case!!! Honesty is the best policy mate - then no one would care if you make a few quid as long as folk get something cheap themselves but know the true history of the part they are buying. Simple supply and demand in my eyes.... good luck to you. but the bullshit around the 'from a mates bikes, done 4 track days' is quite frankly... bullshit. could be way off, but only my opinion from quite substantial evidence on here in the last 48hrs.
Fair statement there Jimbo. I've bought an R1 that was sold as one careful owner, happens all the time
Pmsl.... It did have one careful owner. That was the truth! Then I bought it, ragged it (mainly in your presence) and then I sold it to you
When hopefully my new TTX with 2 springs turns up ill be the first person to say a good word and ive had messages off people that say it takes a while bit of a language barrier but it will get there in the end so im hopeful
I won't confirm anyting for Wedgie. Its between him and me, he got my mail adresse, me too, when it was shipped i gave him the tracking like always, like the Ohlins fork of jammie, like a lot of other stuff...... If he wants to take pics or say anything in the future it's his choice.
We could do with a TTX-Tracker like the Google Santa-Tracker thing they release Show when it has been collected, gets to airport / central hub, has it landed in the UK, cleared customs, is it on its way to local hub, marked for despatch, then photo of Wedge holding it up all shiny
