Unfortunately we dont have such dealers around here. We depend on these mechanics that have serviced big bikes before. For this one,it's his first time to rebuild a cbr but he's serviced BMWs,Kawasakis and other big Adventure bikes. He really did his best. The bike was running fine,apart from the overheating issue and now this. But we r going to re-check the wiring and we see what could have caused this issue. I dont think it's an engine problem though (am praying it isn't).
Thanks for the further info, Jema. I truly hope between you both you can find and resolve the problem. With no insult meant to you, this must serve as a warning to other owners to be selective to whom you entrust your treasured bike for service/repair.
