Optimate Charging

    Fair enough Gappy, ya a better man than me, couldn't be arsed with all that.

    TBH it's worked out better being where it is for me as I can remove the charger lead when in the Garage or moving the bikes about without having to go and get the Key from the house to unlock the seat unit.

    To be honest you can get cheaper chargers but your only going to pay once for a charger and optimate are pretty much the best at what they do! Don't forget you'll can also use them on cars, where as some other makes of charger will only do bikes. They also use industry standard connectors so you can get accessories that plug straight into the charging lead and run them straight off the bike when out and about

    I'll second this. I hummed and arrrr'd about it, but I bought the optimate 4 and haven't looked back. I bought a few extra connectors for my other bikes and I just pop in the garage every other week and swap it onto a different bike.
    It's worth the money for the simplicity alone, before you mention the battery conditioning side of things
