Original Exhaust Install

    Just go to Halfords and get a zorst clamp from there.... pennies

    Did go to Halfords..but found my vice and straightend my original clamp...

    Clamped on and it's leaking..

    So will need the gasket

    Okay..
    Got the gasket..its fits okay on the bike end..

    But its does not fit well inside the exhaust..so I had to open up the entrance by pulling the tabs out..still its no going all the way in..

    Also having opened the entrance on the end can hole..can't get the clamp on..

    Can someone tell me the correct way of getting this gasket Installed?

    Clamp on the exhaust prior to fitting, slide on, nip up ride off.:D

    Couldn't get it to sit properly.. Then I popped it on the header end and put the exhaust on...

    Seems to had done the trick...:)

    connect the ECV valve and fir the O2 sensor. They affect the power and torque delivery of the engine The cat runs at very high temp and it is important the exhaust does not contain unburnt fuel this is what the sensor reports back to the ECU. Left unchecked, this will get the cat to run even hotter which is not a good thing
