even compressed,my vids can take over 12hrs!!!! dont have the best connection living where i do.(in't sticks)
She gets a bit Wheelie prone on the straights near the end but I manage to beat her in to submission!
Nice video mate! So couple of questions as I don't know the ZX10R very well..... I prefer that dash to the other digital rev bar type, is that the slightly older style you have? I also notice you stay in 4th and 5th a lot out of the slower corners, is that due to damp track and grip or mechanical sympathy? I thought the kwakka is meant to be all up the top of the rev range for power delivery but you seemed to be pulling away quite nicely in higher gears at lower speeds that was a surprise
Bike going well there mate!! i'm no expert, and only been round Oulton once (was VERY wet) but you tend to drift to the middle of the track before you turn into a corner. try and force yourself to stay as wide as poss and turn in last minute, can attack the apex, carry a bit more corner speed and will get you on the power quicker! i'm not an analytical type rider, just try and do what feels best, so ignore above if ya like, just a handy tip i was given early doors. might be completely wrong though
@ Nav Yes I prefer the old style dash better than the 12-13 models, (mines a 2010 model) that Bar Graph Tachco looks very 'eigthies' im my opinion bit like the old MG Maestro/Montego dashes from yonks ago! Yes I do prefer to ride the Torque on the Kwak rather than scream her as I'm still new to all this Track Day malarkey, remember I only got back on a bike last March after 18 years off a bike and I'm also self employed riding a non TC bike so trying to avoid any highsides also. The Bike is manic at the top end as you can see on the last lap where I let her loose a bit more and she'll Wheelie on the Pit lane straight and anywhere else for that matter with little provocation! @ Jimbo Your right matey I do to be fair, but some corners like Cascades have a slight off camber over the central line so tipping in well back from the right hand side gives better results I'm told by the Racers.
