Being scottish i have to try and make the best of any decent weather.dont get very much of it.ah well back to the diy.
Was supposed to get mine cleaned and polished, but, ended up having a 3 hour blast. Shit freezing, slippery roads but bloody good. Having not ridden properly for 7 yrs, and only 600's and a 748sp, the blade is a fookin rocket. And boy, does it turn! Pick ya line and the blade just scythes through and asks 'where ya wanna go next mate?'. What a bloody machine. Awesome aint tha word. Just pissed off cos i'm not on it now! Lol
Glad you had a good one Blaggers, it's been quiet without you Yep, the Blade is an awesome bike, mine makes me smile everytime I ride her. I needed a bit of braking and a quick line change today to miss a nasty pile of soft mud on an apex and she just guided round good as gold. my last bike would have probably had me in the hedge.
the cold out today was a much more fun than coming home and getting stuck into diy then having to do an online asbestos awareness course for work been putting it off, chances of working in a building containing asbestos? none!
Was supposed to be home for 4 yesterday, friends party with the wife. Didnt get back til 5, then had to thaw out in the shower for ages. Eventually got to the party about 6.30. got to about 8 and mrs.blaggers suddenly out of the blue rang a taxi and buggered off. I did what any sensible loving husband would have done. I shrugged, went to the bar and had another 5 pints. When i eventually 'walked' into the house an arguement, no, discussion, started. It seems i have upset her because all i do is read bike mags and am constantly on my phone (these boards). Then i turn up late for a poxy party, and while there stare dreamily into space. I informed my darling wife that she better get used to it, spring isnt even here yet, so this is the tip of the iceberg. Amazing the quality of sleep ya get having a king size bed to yourself.
