Avoid Supercorsas in the wet at all costs if you can buddy. I have had SC's on the road before on my Daytona they come with it as standard and as I ride in all conditions when I used them in the wet I went straight down to the tyre place and got them swapped there is little to no grip and when the rear starts spinning as you're tipped in you begin to question the contents of your underpants.

My advice go with PR3 or 4's the 4's are meant to be a better tyre with new technology and run longer than the PR3's. I've had PR3's on my blade now for 4.5k and not squared off and plenty of grip left too. I've heard that they can run for up to 10k miles. You can also look at Pilot Power 3 which are also great tyres but knackered after about 4k. I've kept the supercorsas that came with my SP for the track I don't intend on using them on the road at all at least on track I can stick my tyre warmers on them and be sure they have excellent grip but when it comes to the road I just don't trust them.

Just my two pence worth in any case...

I've sold loads of these to my mates over the years and never had anything but compliments! The tyres are fantastic and very forgiving, warm up fast and you get about 1500 miles out of a rear on a blade(i do no more than 4 laps of Iom before I change them)
That said if you ride in the wet or a lot if 2 up motorway then prob not for you.

always run scrubs on the road (for the last 12 yrs)and never had an issue, compared to cost v a new set.noit the best wet tyres but as long as your not stupid they will be fine.a 15 lap tyre will be almost new in the middle, which is what you want for the road.
