Had a AT and PCV on my last bike (CB1000R). If you have anything more than a slip on the PCV is a must, the engine becomes oh so smooth and the power band lasts longer in each gear. From my experience the AT did not deal well with commuting ie low revs/ low throttle and engine braking. Had custom map done and the AT pretty much replicated the AFRs trims above 60% throttle. You will need to account for this when setting the active ranges for the AT. The AT is a very useful tool but dont buy it thinking it is plug and play
