Glad it's sorted for you now then mate. Suggest you might want to find a new Dealer if this is the sort of advice/'can't be arsed attitude' they seem to be conveying?
Cheers I'm not sure they "can't be arsed" - can't fault them so far, doing things in the PDI that they could probably get away with not doing and are going to fit Stompgrips and rad guard FOC, so it's not that they can't be bothered. We all make mistakes and perhaps they misunderstood what I was asking for when I asked about the permanent connection lead. I had assumed (perhaps wrongly) that it would be a setting change on the alarm, not a change of magnet placement
