[/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG] Yup had a good fast run and although the roads where minging and not only wet there was also the small stone chipping right on the centre lines of some bends we had a good run .Great to see Barney and Angela Had a good feed of home made pie and chips at the pondarosa and then went over towards Bala Lake which always looks nice Summer or Winter .Lets hope for a better turn out soon Ta Andy catch you soon.
It wasn't pretty Jimbo but a decent blast all the same Andy is a top rider a knows the roads well so I just tagged on but there where a couple of moments on left handers going down hill ,as just as you set yourself up you find the spread of grit from the summer over lay but it has turned black and can't be easily seen which in turn sends you towards the wrong side of the road not much you can do but think it out on the spot The roads in general have weathered well and in the dry spots it was great as was the pie at the Pondarosa pity you can't squeeze in an extra day on your way up to Scotland and have a run and stay at the Pondarosa which do B and B check out the web site it may break up your run.
Have to see how the holiday allowance is going and what the other are doing.... Sometimes you just need to get out on the bike regarless of conditions, it's still good, just not as good as it could be! And I'm a big believer of riding in tricky conditions sharpens you up big time and by the summer you'll be bang on it!!

I can see what you mean dude the roads where not bad and not really wet it's just when they are damp and slimy it's maybe worse than riding in the rain .Its no great shakes but we all like the perfect conditions which happen about June lol.

Shame i was working as I would have jumped at the chance to get out. Hopefully there will be another North Wales ride out in the up and coming months.
And it would be nice to see you again .With a bit of luck Lee will come out of hibination and lead us through the promise land again .
