I can only echo what TC says, you need a dedicated motorcycle lawyer and not the insurers own box ticking solicitor. I dropped my insurers solicitor very early as they were dragging their heels even getting an admission of liability from the 3rd party, Bikelawyer sorted that in a couple of days, bike paid for in no time and the personal injury claim sorted 18 months later all hassle free.
