Lost 4 stone to look like that lol my alpinestars are a 64 and teknic one piece is a 60, massively baggy round the middle lol. I had one inspector who give me grief for a bit so I got the edges of my hands tattoo'd lol. I don't get any hassle it's almost accepted now, their are women with as much ink as me in the job! My one piece was rather snug when I was neat 22stone though mainly across the chest lol
I'm 6'3" 18 stone in pic I'm holding about that. She's 5'1" and about 6st 9 ish at one point I was about a ston n s half over 3 times her weight!
I rarely change my leathers as ones that fit are rare! I trained pretty much none stop for 6 years properly to get where I am and for 7 months last year 6 days a week 2-3 hours a day and am pretty much still doing it apart from a relapse with my accident! I was gonna try a show this year but doubtful with my injuries!

Lol I drink socially and my diets pretty poor at the moment, you only have to eat clean clean on the run up to a holiday or show when u wanna peak lol

Yeah u can tell he's aided, he's not naturally as big so his muscle looks huge on a slimmer frame etc, tend to find aided trainers use aids to gain weight whereas un aided you have to pile the weight on then diet off and hope your left with something decent! Dan I tend to wrestle my bike around and bully ! Or try anyway
Yeah theirs the over muscled carpet carrier look rather than feck me your a big bloke look!!! My grounding was strong man powerlifting type stuff.
