Cheers mate. The first thing i noticed was the Brakes . A lot more bite but it could be the thicker wavy discs as it has halfed the distance the lever would pull before it started to bite . The hole bike seems to slow down a lot faster thou when braking .Through turns it is nimble man , You can flick side to side so fast. Iv only managed a commute into work and a 1 hr spin up my fav roads so a real review will not be till next year really
RRW blade my first ever bike when I passed my dass at 21, if I was collecting machines I'd Defo look for a mint one to keep for nostalgia!!!
she is a minter benn, i had it for 10 yrs. just hope the son in law looks after it! they are a great ride.
Still love them they bring back fond memories for me and so comfy I always look out for them for sale
Well I hope he's happy with it, sometimes I hate the RR8's as the pannels are ALWAYS a pain in the a$$ but once done and fired up again the Bazzaz and Yosh sings!! Makes me want one over my RR7...lol I think the bike looks CLASS with the new SES rear sets, the rim decals are from eBay as far as I know and again I think they look class... All you need now Si is some nice weather.. AND A HM SHIFTER CAN BE FITTED..lol Enjoy mate and your very welcome..
Arthur i would just like to thankyou for the work on this. The bike looks far better than I thought it would turn out as I was very unsure about the HRC with the black forks and wheels. Sorry it took so long for me to get the parts together and the bike has been taking up.space in ur workshop. Thanks again mate.......right time to start searching for a trackday lol
Bazazz ? Kept that quiet mate . or have i missed a few posts ? lol.. Looking forward to hearing how it performs mate
Dan I have been telling u lot about bazzaz for months but no-one listens. Had it fitted the day before my off, just got the fueling module not the quickshifter and tc all in one jobbie. Cheaper than a PC5 at £280 brand new boxed
Options are fi+qs+tc as 1 module fi then add qs+tc module fi then add qs module I think that's about it
Nice lighting on those shots there Col'. Sick bit of bling hanging off that sprocket too. You have truly raised the bar and I salute you.
It was 1 of the first things I did to the bike as I didnt like the look of the standard sprocket. I thought it let the bike down a bit in the looks department.
Agreed I have fitted a talon rear sprocket but not got round to changing the chain yet. seeing yours it looks so much better, also love the detail on the guard mate
