That looks the nuts mate. I love the black and gold. Looks perfect and needs no more! I'm looking at buying a blade at the mo and if I can find a black and gold new somewhere I think that will be my choice !
Love the Castrol Rep ... I was tempted by one when buying at the end of 2011 ... but in the end I had to go TTL ...
It's on a 61 plate. I didn't ask if it's a 2010 or 2011 bike. I thought the black/gold was the 2010 colour? They want 10,975.00 but I haven't haggled yet! But with the bits they are adding on I don't think they will move on the price much. What do you think?
Personally, i think it's too dear. I paid £9995 last Jan, brand new, free service, free delivery etc... Depends if you are getting finance, cash sale, p/x etc... It's last years model mate, you should get a few bob off.
Just spoken to the dealer he has 3 of them to sell at £10,975.00. It's the 2010 bike. I will be buying one on 0% finance. Won't lower the price but the mods he will give are as follows Tail tidy Seat cowl Akra can Hel brake lines Asv levers Hrc Tank pad and fuel cap cover 1st service Double bubble screen R&G crash bungs Paddock stand Tank of fuel 12 months tax So all in I don't think that is to bad? Or am I being mugged off? All the mods are things I would do anyway and he said the bike would be on a 12 plate so it's not pre registered.
Well, you got around £1200 of bits thrown in, so that makes the cost of the bike £9,700 ish, so not bad at all i think for a brand spanker.
Bought mine last november 2010 bike New at £10,750 at Kent m/c.He was generous with my trade ins I know I only lost £400 between the pair of bikes I traded in. I know the Er6-n he lost money on.When I researched that the bike in black n white is a 2010 model and he said nothing to me about it. I made him put a tail tidy, r&g's and a carbon Ackro to secure the deal.So another year on what you are paying inc all the mods is about right. Shit I should have asked for more
Fcuk me phantom, its a deal, its a steal in fact ............... you can be my contract agent next time I trade up
To be honest mate there are so many dealers out there with 2010/2011 bikes to shift they are desperate to sell them before they get too old!
Ask if you can keep the standard parts . Its doubtful as they make money of it but if you could get the standard kit swell then when it comes trade up time you can put the bike back standard and make extra cash of the mods . You won't sell the bike for more with extras on so try and get them to let you keep it all
