Potential newbie from Kent

My 2009 HRC will be up for sale in the next few days. Just removing a few of the tastefull mods off it at the moment. It's only done 1580 miles and is like brand new. PM me for more details if you might be interested.

Hi Again and thanks for the welcome.
In answer to a couple of questions:
'Nutty Tart' - I'm based on the tropical Isle of Sheppey - yeah I know but someone has to live there!!
'Sturge' - Damn your a day late I bought one yesterday from a guy oop north!
Waiting for the transport people to confirm some dates but hopefully be with me sometime next week.
First thing to add will be a colour coded rear hugger (if anyone has one for sale please contact me!!) then money (and wife) permitting a nice can will be next on the list!!

Sadly some bad news today the guy I had bought the blade from was stitched up for the second time on a Harley and said "I wish I hadn't sold the blade as I regret it now"
I have areed to cancel the transaction, deposit has been returned, so I'm now back on the search. As I told this guy I'm in no hurry and another one will come along so rather than leave him sad and bikeless I will start again!!
So I'm still a potential newbie for the moment!!!

Always bikes up for sale on here mate, alot are defecting to other males lately so def few to look out.

Just stear clear of the, repsol ones, slow as suzuki's

Welcome to the Forum.
I switched from a 08 R1 to 09 Repsol (fastest by the way) a couple of months ago.
You wont regret it, when you finally, get the Blade..

 

Yep your right Just Me plenty around but most seem to be Repsols - sure there must be a logical reason for that!!!

 

Of course there is a logical reason. it is to make the HRC's look special

 

Its cus Honda give away Repsol Fireblades with every oil change done at a Honda dealership

 

Or people buy them, then scared by the awesome extra power, sell them to get a tamer more laid back HRC version ..... thus more Repsols for sale and HRC all bought up

As you may get from this reply, I may be having a change of heart regards the stunning Repsol ...

Ok so now a fully fledged member of the "Blade Club"
Bought an immaculate 12 plate HRC from a really genuine guy in Lincoln and bike arrived Wednesday!!!
Due to the usual work commitments have only managed to sit and lovingly look at her for ten minutes.
Few bits to do in the morning then if it stays dry it's out for the first ride!!! Can't bloody wait
Will report back with first impressions ASAP!!!
