getting the kneedown is a piece of nonsense, i can do it no problem, but always feels unnatural riding position, also depends on the bike you are riding, i can go a lot faster, and a greater lean angle without touching the knee down, i usually touch down the sliders on my boots first, kneedown at stenton - YouTube
Strange that the first bike in the video seems to be scrapping his foot, perhaps he has size 16 feet or something, second bike definately has the knee down.
