I suggest a Bazzaz Traction Control module YT to curtail that trigger happy, high side inducing right hand of yours! Definition of Twerk (ing)? 1) Dancing in a sexually provocative way 2) What Yorkshire Folk go to between the hours of 9-5pm of a weekday!
YT - that is an impressive profit and proves what I have been thinking of doing to my 08 Blade - split it for parts. Sadly I lack the ability to split the large parts (i.e. Engine) from the frame but the figures make good sense - Frame with V5, fully working legit engine, Swingarm, subframe, forks, wheels then ECU and Lockset, tank, bodywork, mirrors etc. With a bit of skill / time to post stuff you could make money as a sideline to support your racing - and if you bought and broke one main make / model you would soon speed up etc.
It's even easier to remove the engine (or any bits) if you don't have to remember what went where as your not going to rebuild it back up again! Grab a buzz gun n just watch the bolts gather as they hit the floor!
after 4 yrs on a 1000 I have spent 2 years racing on a R6, and racing is fine on a 600, just hate doing the trackdays on the big gp track in europe on it, been flown by by BMW en ZX10's, everytime they flew by I tried to change up a gear and realised I was already in 6th ... thinking of parting out my R6 as like you I'll get more £££££ for the parts than the whole bike
R6 all the way. Fantastic handling bike... I had a go on a mates and was loads quicker in comparison to my blade on real roads....
