    Quick idea,

N260 to Ainsa, then up via the huge tunnel to drop into France and some culture in Lourdes - 210 miles. you could move destination, but Lourdes good to see for buildings etc.

For an easier day head to Vielha to overnight there - 180 miles and epic, great views / scenery to not have a tiresome day.
Then head North next day from Vielha into France and start your route north.

Heading North I've done this route - Oradour-sur-Glane, France to A64 - Google Maps

YOu may not know Oradour Sur Glan but for a historical visit for a WW2 event it is worth seeing - that route is about 6 hours ride including a couple of stops for food / coffee etc.

No tolls, cheap fuel at supermarkets on the way, just steady riding to get you back north.
