Are you sure? I thought (at least with some cameras) the process was, unless disputed, fully automated and human judgement completely removed from the equation. The wage-bill of all those 'operatives' sitting there reviewing the thousands(?) of photos generated every day must be prohibitively expensive if indeed they exist at all.
Sorry, let me re-phrase. In situations where the number or clarity of the picture is in question, they are then looked at by people.

Hoping I can do a speed awareness course option but you can only have one of those every three years. Going to be close as the one I did before was in 2011. Sept I think but might have been later. Will wait and see.
