    Merry Christmas to all.

Benn, not sure this is going to shine much light on your issue as I don’t have any un fitted photos.

This R&G tail tidy is fitted to my 2011 ABS model and looks different to the one shown in Steve’s photos, it also has a different R&G reference no: LP0093BK listed for CBR1000RR Fireblade 2010- . Its interesting that on the box it says 2010- rather than 2008 – 2011 as I thought the model didn’t change much during that period

Mine was fitted by the dealer prior to me taking delivery, and I have to say I don’t think it looks as good as others I have seen fitted to other blades, I particularly don’t like the “rails” that can be seen from the side. Not sure if this is because I have the ABS version or as I suspect, the dealer have fitted the cheapest R&G tidy they could get as they were paying for it.

Sorry if this has opened more questions that its answered.

Ok glad I could help, looks rank doesn’t it.

The other one I have seen is much neater and looks like it should be there rather then an add on. Every time I look at it I think "that’s going to have to go"

Yep - freedoms is the type I have. Also fitted by dealer but on non abs 2011.

I actually prefer it as it seems a bit more minimal.

    Photos no longer required lol

Benn, Just had a quick flash of inspiration - Go to the Traders section & drop a note to Cox Honda - they've offered technical help & advice, so may as well take them up on it.
