When it clears customs in a few days check Parcel force website mate, tap in your tracking number, if they have it ring them up straight away and ask how much you need to pay, otherwise they send out a letter informing you how much [further delays]

They sound epic, loving mine, all the lads tonight [7 of us went out] mentioned how nice it sounded.

Sync24, I know what you mean aboutthe packing mate. lol, good idea though as theres no way it could get damaged

Yep it has a baffle, but I wont be fitting it, the "can" has a nice deep noise, and when on full chat it howls...love it.

The panel went on no probs, just dont try and fix the exhaust then fit the panel after, you need to fit the long bracket 1st, [bottom right] other than that its a piece of piss mate

Well my Yoshimura R77 carbon can arrived today (ordered Aug 22) costing a total of £451 thanks biohazzard ! Fitted and tested, boy does it sound great (on YouTube "corky's Repsol" ..... Corky is the rabbit you will see !!) only thing is I notice below 5k revs it's even more lumpy than normal, will try the baffle tomorrow to see if that helps, as I am only after some noise not extra bhp. Very unique packing too !

Know what you mean Si. Takes as long to unpack, as it does to fit! Mine did loose it's Honda smoothness below 5k, but it sounds the nuts & I'm rarely below 5k anyway

Result mate, I was bricking it for a while when Customs kept it for so long, but like yours it got through without any hassle.

Mine hunts a little bit, between 1,200-1,300K revs, but I can live with that no worries, the power seems to run right through to the red line without and glitches, so I wont be buying a Power commander

The hunting disappears on mine once the engine has warmed up?

How did you get on fitting that bracket for the heatshield? - I had to bend mine to enable me to fit the the pipe work and then bend it back - once everything is now fitted my heat shield is just a little 'twisted' - its only minor and just catches a little bit of the bottom of the factory belly pan - i need to go back and take a second look

Yep had me puzzled for a while and ended up separating both parts of the link pipe, then installing the long bracket and finally re-assembling the link pipe around the bracket. Bit of a pain to find the right position for the long bracket without the can in place . . . Also the long bracket could do with been 1.5cm longer as it pulls the heat shield "in" slightly at this position but not too noticeable, but really happy with it and keen to see & hear what my brothers Leo vince gp pro is like when it's fitted.

Got the carbon Yoshimura can from biohazard and that has the tapped hole for the sensor and a blanking plug should you not want to fit the sensor.

Mate - mine [Like Simon's] had a hole for the standard O2 sensor to fit - A bit of advice, break the pipe work down before fitting it as it makes it easier to place the heatshield bracket. I didn't do this as it was more difficult to get it lined up properly. Simon [I think} stripped his down and assembled it with the spring puller as per the instructions - I just assumed that it was ready to fit as it was already assembled - Hope this helps! PS You will get a VAT/Post Office Handling charge - it's about £28 I think [can't remember] so watch out for that once the PO have picked it up from customs.

well its fitted and sounds great although at 9 pm didnt want to go mad with kids in bed! as simon said bracket could be a little longer but luckily i found a longer bolt with matching head so packed a few penny washers on the inside and it lines up perfect.

no i think everythings been covered on this topic it,ll take about 2-3 weeks and you,ll have to pay a customs charge (£28) when it gets in the uk. i just emailed biohazard and he invoiced me thru paypal. i saved over £200 doing it this way along with all the other guys. i was a bit apprehensive at first but wouldnt hesitate again, hope this helps.

    Thanks

I've only been on the site since the weekend & was already looking at getting a slip on exhaust. So I've only seen a couple of threads so far. Just thought I'd ask someone who had reccently bought from them. I think I'll order 1 this weekend.
