Race pattern gearshift

I was looking to change gears into up side down pattern on mine RR7 but as few of you mentioned before, the bloody clutch cylinder is in the way.
Can anybody post some pics of how to get around this problem or submit some links related to the subject, because I can find anything useful on web.

I had to fit some voltermoto rearsets on my RR5 to do it.

 

Or you go to up shift and give it a foot full of rear brake, lol. Which one's worse?

 

I couldn't go back to conventional shift now, feels all wrong :s

 

I've finally purchased my 05 Blade track/race bike but it's in standard pattern shift and I just can't ride it like this. Posted a pic of it below, what do I need to do to/but to convert to race shift? There isn't enough room to flip the top of the shift bar over.
