Bit of a privilege considering the state they're in nowadays, I reckon.

Father in law is a beekeeper, reckons we have 40,000 guests. Did consider blocking up the exit/entrance they use but then thought WTF they can have the roof for a few months. We'll have to keep a few windows closed etc, but we will survive for the summer.

It could well have been. Nothing much has changed there since.

How did you get on with the juggling act of manual exposure and the moving object then, Gaz?

I took on board the "shooting pheasants" advice Ken.
The two clums of grass cuttings was my marker and focus point, rather than zooming in on the lens I moved myself so The focal length was full 55mm
The hard bit was to get the pups to pass anywhere near lol.
    First ones were too dark.
Consulting my note book yeah I know
Sunny day I know but to compensate the faster shutter speed of 1/800 I raised the iso to 200 And the f at 5.6 because I wanted everything at the front. Ie pups.

Been watching YouTube quite a lot recently at work probably say I've learned more than I would reading the book.
Seeing is understanding and all that?

Anecdotal training at an intermediate level has a way of sticking with you. "I'm having trouble doing this...". "Oh, I get around that by doing this."

    I plagiarise anyone unashamedly.

Unless you have just moved to the big apple, with a penthouse in Brooklyn, then I think you may be bulshitting.
