sorry mate, laptop has been playing up and also lost my eye on this thread....

    yes still interested

everything can be the same thickness for me, you can make it as simple as you like, and I don't need the 25mm hole either, so the bottom bit can be left out...

If you don't hear from me send me a PM, as I would have forgotten again :D :D
What kind of price are we talking about?
thanks for taking time and looking into this.

Gotta see how long it takes to make prototypes. If enough interest I will look into waterjet or laser cutting a few sets.

    Hi Megs

Just looking at the picture supplied there from SPS.

The top 2 holes will be clearance for M8 screws, and the bottom 2 will be tapped for M8. Ie drill 6.8mm and tap M8.
The difference in thickness at the top 2 screws will be to compensate for the angle on the subframe. Not sure if the top relief is needed, but as you say the bottom definitely isn't. It would be easier to relieve the top area, rather than setup and machine the angle between the 2 bolt holes. So if it were me I would relieve it.

Yep, thanks Col, that's what I thought with the 4 holes. Does it have to be relieved or would a 3mm spacer/washer on the other top hole do the job. I haven't got a miller , so could be difficult?

I'd put 9mm clearance holes in the top holes and add a spacer as you say.

The 9mm holes only to compensate for the angle and any discrepancy with the accuracy of the drawing (no offence SPS).

Also to relieve the top section, you could drill a hole at each internal corner in the relief and then saw into that area.

I only have the drawing that sps supplied. Lost track of whether for 08 onwards or 04 to 07. If all the same, I can get a batch waterjet or laser cut. Gonna make a set to sps's dimensions for now, by hand, so bear with me, please.

I'm interested in a set like SPS posted. They look neater than the Sato ones imo. However, I have an ABS bike - will they still fit? Speedox told me the ones he makes won't fit... :(

Hi, don't want to hijack, but I have done a clear out and found Sato street hooks.

£60 delivered if anyone is interested.

I have no idea what the difference is - I'm just going on what Speedox told me. Perhaps another ABS owner could confirm? If not - then I'll try to get some pics and dimensions.

Chaps, I'm currently waiting for a batch of mounting plates (only for non-ABS 2008-14 blades) to be machined, powder coated and shipped over to me from abroad. They're my own design and they're top quality material, machining and finish. Whoever can and is willing to wait please wait, you won't be disappointed with the price either. Please note that my web (pillion pegs mounting plates for Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade by dogsbollocks designs) is currently showing the previous version of the plates and the previous price based on manufacture in the UK. I'm also developing two new products for the Blade so stay tuned!

I won't bother then. Unless I get some more dimensions and interest.

This is a photo of the abs version of sato street hooks, they differ by the way they are stepped away from the abs cover, requiring a larger billet to be machined from

Would like a set of these without the tie down holes but on the left I'd like to be able to fit my preload adjuster, any ideas?
