Hi Remal, see from one of the pics you've removed the stock air tubes and replaced with the CRC ones, have you plugged/blanked the vacuum hose from the secondary air system? Was just after a pic if you have. Cheers Dan

Dan there is a few thread on here about this. I just discounted them tubes, put a bolt in the end and doubled them over and cable tied.

I was a bit worried but it works great I think I have posted all the pics but looking now

Right sprayed the bike today, 3 base coats, 3 colour and 3 clear coat. But the orange looked very pink/white after the clear coat as I had to add a Metallic to the clear coat. I don't have any pics of it as it's still drying but came out orange, metallic white/orange and should be very bright in the sun

It'll be good to see it on the bike once it's dried and polished up. Nice work mate.

Do the wheels match in well mate? Always hard matching oranges, or you putting different wheels on?

well got the blade out of the garage for the first time since Sept yesterday. main thing I was doing was fitting all the bolts etc to the fairing and measuring up and checking the areas of the fairing that will need heat tape. Went to start the bike but the battery was flat. the new battery had only started up the bike once and has not been on charge since I got it in nov. also the original battery has not been kept on charge so could not start the bike. Balls

hope to get the bike started today after work
