REPSOL STRIPDOWN - ready for new track faring

    Over the last few days I have removed the track fairing as it's finished fitting and painting. fitted the OE clock mount and fitted new Osram H7 bulbs to the lights. And re fitted the nose to the bike.

    ready for going on the road soon. New Evo tech tail tidy has been ordered. I just need to get some bits once my DT catalog comes. Such as the heat tape for the tracking fairing. then most of my winter mods will be complete and ready for the spring

    Put a post-it note on the seat 'TILT SENSOR'

    Better still, put it on the Tilt Sensor.

    Tilt sensor fitted. all the wiring has been fitted and tested for the nose

    Remal, change the number plate light for a L.E.D bolt. They are waaaay brighter.

    Brighter means the BIB can see it better ;) i'm not fussed Si but thanks for the heads up

    Taken the end can off, I think I need some of the hook tools for the bloody spring clips on the exhaust, A right bitch to get to

    baffle inserted, Can and area cleaned and ACF 50'ed Right side fairing fitted. so just a few other bolts the bottom fairing and then the final buts in the front fairing by the rad and done. I'm only spending a bit of time as i'm also adding new leccy sockets int eh garage close to the bike for Optimate etc..

    Tried out adding my first vinyl to the nose last night. Went on well and should look good when finished with a few others I have ImageUploadedByTapatalk1362668687.205905.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalk1362668696.672719.jpg

    No mate, I've had vinyl's on my kit car for years and never had a issue with them. Should be fine
