Martin I'm just tinkering along mate. I've had the track fairing on, but without the screen as I was just lining up the bodywork. That done stripped down ready the the spring and road ready. So why back t tinkering adding the final bits I want. A week or so before my trackday in April it should be done

Yea bud but I added clear plasic vinyl to the area to stop any markings on the paint. I think there are a few pics of the side stand up ion the track fairing in this thread

I got if from Ebay and is rather good stuff but does not stick the the painted inside as it's very ruff. So I used Silicone which i've used in the past on Exhaysrs and works a treat It's COOL IT... Thermo Tec product THERMO SHIELD SELF ADHESIVE HEATBARRIER SHEET 12"x24" | eBay
Cheers buddy ordered some my exhaust touches well the end can touches slightly on the fairing but I think it will be ok or melt to it ha ha
Mine is very very close even though I cut the faring. Why I added some more heat barrier to the right of the pic right to the edge after I took the pic. As said I took the sticky back off but was crap so used silicone and held it down with a few cans of stuff I had in the garage. Sticked well and not going to move I hope
well started to remove teh repsol fairing tonight ready for the track fairing for my track day next tues this took me 50 mins, and bare in mind it's only the second time I've ever removed a fairing from a sports bike
Good going mate screw bolts you don't use back onto the parts that are taking off you might already do this but when your fairings are off for a while that pot of spare screws and bolts gets the head thinking lol
Hopefully this weekend mate, want to get the track fairing on then up to the fuel station to fill her up. Will get pics then. And wedge I bad or box up and name all the screws. I need to get some small plastic boxes and name them up so I have it handy for future use
Finished the fairing and filled the bike up. Felt great to finally ride her with the new fairing. . Forgot to take pics when I was out doh
