Road cycling final hurrah!!

It was nice out at 05:30 this morning, and not a single driver was inconvienced

 

I Was Still asleep at that time of the night

 

I too enjoy a pedal got 40mles in today 1st thing but the other day out to late like cycling in a oven ....

 

Late to this party, but got seconded into a cycling group in the spring, and found they did a lot off road, soft track stuff which my road bike was not suited for, so found a XO1 cross bike on the bay, same as I used to race in the late 90s/00s.
Freshened it up and realised what I had forgot about and was missing. After rebuilding it, it’s the best 500 quid I’ve spent this year.
6 months on and a few thousand miles in, not felt this fit for years, only downside is the powered two wheels have languished in the garage unused all year.

 

Love my mountain bike, but my sportsbike always comes first

 

I have fitted an electric kit on my MTB and it is awesome, I like the fact you can go further to go off roading, and the hills don't kill you,

 

Yep......thems the words of a man approaching sixty!!!
