    He's very good at being a boss. What he has trouble doing is admitting that he employs specialists so that there is no reason for him to imply that he knows how to do what they do.

    Good point well made. Just cut and pasted that into my personal briefing notes for the next management meeting just in case I get the opportunity to use them. He is on leave at the moment travelling “off pissted” in Viet Nam. I am waiting, no hoping for the call that says it is with regret to inform that Mr XXXXX has stood on something that has gone click, and last we heard he is permanently holidaying all over Viet Nam, Southern China, Cambodia, Laos and Eastern Thailand

    I may dig out my rider from his shell and set him free as a slug, then ship the shell to land of sand for the real V Rossi after all I reckon he needs something better than that red thing they spent all winter building! I mean come on Vale my snails quicker than you over the line...

    I think it might be better to keep the shell and send the slug out there to ride the bike.
