Sleepwalking

well, its amazing what complex things you can do, I was thinking its not likely because i have to turn the alarm off, open the gates etc etc, but i think its quite plausible

I have a routine, and do the same thing every day, might just be stress making it worse

 

That was while I was over an ex girlfriends. She used to ask me questions in my sleep too, somehow I always used to be able to confirm what I’d said whilst conscious

Just an update, I havent done it since i started this thread

Motorbikes are the cure yet again!

 

My eldest daughter sleep walks alot, around 3-4 she will scream quite legibly in her sleep too.
This one time whilst in bed I opened my eyes to find her standing in the dark just staring at my wife and I, hair all ragged just like in 'The Ring'.
We both shat our pants, her first boyfriend is in for a shock!
