So whats the fastest you can do with a standard screen?

    As always i love the way you guys and of course girls are cracking on about what you get out of your blades, it kind of makes me green with envy, i love the idea of speed and often wish/Dream I was capable "on the track" of course to achieve them, i cerrtainly know my fireblade is capable. Is'nt it? But then I stop being hard on myself and smile, and remember back to the day when I was going up to Hartside cafe on one of my solitary ride outs, as the cafe was coming up in the distance I had a cheeky look at the clocks and there it was displaying 1.58.
    I smiled to myself and I though, bloody heck that was good, I don't normaly get here until 2.00 :D

    Gary, you've lowered the bar for us all and I salute you.

    I do remember fumbling in the cold for the buttons on the dash once then nearly had a trouser accident when I glanced down, not realising I'd flicked it to KMH.

    Is it just a pic of his stock speedo?
    Performance Bikes reported that the 2012 bike(s) they tested seemed to be speed limited and would not pass 175mph.

    So performance bikes were reading 175mph when toping out meaning restricted to aprox 162mph then???

    Buy an 08-11, they are quicker than 92-06 & 12-13 :)
