I've not got a hope of a 2 min lap and know it - let along getting to 1:55 so hats off to you, after my off in April it has really slowed me down. At least you are getting back out there and mixing it with with the fast group without problems. Here was the December day - only turned up to try and get a refund for the day and they bloody ran it! Just want to say what a top day has been had. Was great to actually meet the guys and what a top bunch of lads, each and every one of them. Poor old YT though, not the end to the day he wanted and I am going to apologise to Andy on behalf of Mike for his being a naughty boy and sending you into the shrubbery. YT, try Motoforum for selling the bike either as a whole or as bits. As for me being chilled out, have you seen me trying to change a rear wheel??? But, despite the offs, a great day and the weather certainly improved by the end (typical). Looking forward to catching up with everybody again soon.

great vid .. that lad that passed you at 10 minutes was in our garage ,on normal road tyres on his gsxr 600 road bike, he was on his first track day (started off in slow group, went up to inters) fast as took he was ,he is now thinking of going racing , we all told him he should as he was bloody quick. a bit of fame for me too ,i pass you at 15 mins on the run up to shell oils, first time i have seen myself on vid that close , well done.
Looked good lines there J great to have video footage you can look at to See where you can improve etc.See you at oulton on the 16 or 25 if you Can get a pass.
Did you say you were doing Donnington as well Jase? If so me and my mate on the R1 quite fancy that as we've not been there on a Track Day yet!
I am thinking maybe the 24th but just checked my wife's holidays dates and it's the day she is due back she is away 17th-24th so might have to see what days I can do while she is away as I am at Oulton on the 25th could get me divorce papers served if I did the 24th as well but believe me I have done worse things .. Wouldn't mind Anglesey on Sat 19th if I don't have to work ?
I had 144 at one stage on the main straight but I reckon I could crack 155 easy on a totally dry circuit as the right hander at the end was still quite damp in places so wasn't too confident to barrel in any quicker and end up binning it like that lad on the 3 week old R1 did! I also don't 'get on' with the off camber right hander coming on to the main straight so could easily pick up a good few extra MPH if I could grow me BALLS bigger! Next time eh?
Yep 140+ on the staight past garages and 140+ as you come round cascades and head up to the left hander before shells that's before I started to cover up my speedo as I reckon quicker now but I don't want to know anymore .
