Enjoy, a standard blade is still a very good bike far better than me me or rather my ability, I still have a huge smile every ride and that's what's important.
Thanks yes it will be more than enough for what I need and although I did few track days on my 600 I won't be doing any on a new blade it will be country roads only and I just preferred the feel of the standard
I love honda build quality i ride motocross and honda are basically hassle free compared to say KTM (Keep Taking Money) .. also love the blade hence just buying 1 today but know what you mean the SP still wasnt enough to tempt me in the end
Build quality?, don't hold your breath again, my 2014 has suffered the worst corrosion I have seen in 30 years of Honda ownership, even the mirror arms bubbled under the paint and they are fecking ally" So far a new exhaust can and 2 mirror arms, and I am still left with rusty fasteners all over and binding brakes during the winter on a weekly basis. Sorry mate, but the fabled Honda build quality went out with the tide. Just use it as a summer bike and it will be fine.
I think you'll love it. I purchased a standard 2015 Non ABS in Repsol colours and I think it's an awesome bit of kit! My daughter wanted to go on the back, so I wanted the ability to take a pillion. I've done a couple of small mods ..... tail tidy, 7x5 plate, hugger and SP seat cowl and intend to do a few more. Beware this forum though, it'll cost you a bleeding fortune in the long run !
The dealership are putting on a seat cowl and tail tidy on before I pick it up I've gone for the abs but also wanted to be able to take the Mrs on the back if need tho bet it will only be once
After the problems people have had with getting issues sorted on the ohlins I would have gone standard too. Personally I wouldn't have gone for ABS but hopefully you'll have many happy and safe miles together.
As Brett538 says, the bike comes with a sticker pack, however there was Honda part numbers on the edges of the sticker backing so no doubt you can buy them from a dealer
