Nice to see some of you again at Loomies, maybe I should have come along then I would not have near crashed into some silly sod parked on a blind bend after the tunnel with a trailer! seems my rear brake works a little too well as I drifted trough the gap sideways! Today's lesson, remember the lessons you've learned before! Cars parked on blind bends!
Mate prob wouldnt of made much difference, I nearly took out 10 of the bikes like skittles when we did a Uturn on a dual carrage way!!! I thought they were indicating right to change lanes and overtake so throttle pinned lol, there is prob a nice long black line from my rear tyre and was very close to having a brown line beside it!!!
You to mate (Kev) it was my own fault today going a bit quick, spent all day just pottering around then got drawn in to an empty road, car was waiting to pull out past the parked trailer with on coming traffic! Seems I had somewhat locked up the rear drifted sideways, let off the brakes and gone for a trip down the white line! As I said I count my lucky stars slow down and move on..! Thats the problem with road, other road users....lol
I had a the biggest brown pants moment of my life on the duel carriageway on the way back from Swindon. As I was cruising in the inside lane about 85, some dickhead pulled out on me across the two lanes from the other side of the barriers and left me absolutely no where to go as his car was covering both lanes sidewards, except to use the tarmac on the exit they were cutting across the carriageway for. I shit you not, I missed his front bumper by about 2 inches as I weaved past his car. If it wasn't a duel carriageway and I could have turned around and chased him i would have in oder to give him the roasting of his life and I bet he would have said "sorry, I just didn't see you!". It was by far and away the biggest near miss I have ever had.
Great to met you all today, I got back in doors at 19:40 and Lee1krr wouldn't be far behind. A long day but I wouldn't have missed for anything

I'm not sure..did anyone notice it going on and off?.. it was ok when I got home.. did try following an X5 and see if I could see in his tailgate but I think I should of untaped it.. thanks for having a look at it and my apologies to the guys who followed me when I turned off. Great to meet you all

Caz, this the the rear of my old GSXR 600 k4 that I was telling you about It was my favourite mod to the bike along with integrated tail light and flush front indicators, they just made the bikes lines look crisper.
