    Got home yesterday done the gardening then out moutain biking till 7.00 pm, felt *ucked an fell asleep about 8.pm !

    I'm laying in bed, MissB just bought a brew up.

    Looking out the window I'm soooo glad we didn't have this weather yesterday...It is lashing it down here.



    Yep i'm deffo up for another run.
    It Would be good to squeeze another couple of rides in before the end of "summer".

    Being on your bike actually was safer.
