I had a 12 Anniversary model. Weighed about 12 stone kitted out and ran standard settings, perfect for the road.

14st, new Blade, I tweaked mine based on my Alpha set up on my 08 as a base and then tweaked slightly on the road, feels much better, not perfect yet but 90% better

    Rear Spring +1 to 5
    Rebound 1 turn softer
R compression 1/2 softer, next ride out will try putting this back to standard

    Frt
Preload +2 turns harder, may go another turn harder
    Rebound 1/2 softer
    Compression standard

It's not a lot but takes the harshness out of it

Do they let you take it for a spin and go back to make adjustments or is it more setting the basics and off you go ?
    Cheers

Just had a set of 2014 forks serviced and sprung to my weight by Darren at MCT, Stowmarket for my rr9.

Went for a short ride yesterday and felt so much better than my old 2009 forks, soaked up bumps that before would of cringed at hitting and turned better too.

Wish I had the time to get him to set them and the Ohlins TTX also up.

The 2012> forks are a huge improvement over the older ones .., transformed my bike as well. :)

Plus one for MCT. Book early though because they're always stuffed!
